Sign your participation agreement. Complete your medical intake packet. Schedule and complete your Quest Diagnostics lab draw. Activate your Everfit app. Your protocol does not begin until your labs are drawn. Speed of execution in Week 1 determines the speed of your results.
This is the most important call of your entire 12 weeks. Coach J. Morgan walks you through your labs line by line, explains exactly what was found, and prescribes your complete personalized protocol. Come prepared.

Second scheduled 1-on-1. Full protocol review based on your 8-week response. Adjustments made. Final push strategy locked in for Weeks 9-12.

Comprehensive blood panel through Quest Diagnostics in Week 1. We measure metabolic function, hormonal health, inflammation markers, organ function, cardiovascular markers, and nutrient status. This is the foundation everything else is built from.
No protocol is prescribed before we read your data. Not one thing.
02. PHYSICIAN SUPERVISED CLINICAL PROTOCOLS
Every clinical intervention in the Apex Initiative is prescribed and supervised by a licensed physician. GLP-1 therapy and peptide protocols are included as clinically indicated by your bloodwork. Not offered as a menu. Prescribed based on what your data actually shows.
Medical oversight from Week 1 to Week 12. No exceptions.
03. REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITION PLAN
Your nutrition plan is built by a registered dietitian and calibrated specifically to your bloodwork, your metabolic markers, and your lifestyle. Not a generic macro split. Not a meal plan template. A clinical nutrition strategy built from your data.

04. NSCA CERTIFIED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Your training program is built by an NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach and delivered through our custom app. Programmed around your current capacity, your clinical markers, and your schedule. Updated throughout the 12 weeks as your body responds.

06. ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING AND DIRECT ACCESS
Weekly accountability check-ins throughout the 12 weeks. Scheduled one on one coaching calls at Week 4 and Week 8. Your Protocol Reveal Call with Coach Morgan after your labs return. Your Final Results Review Call at Week 12. Direct coach access through the app throughout.

Complete all activation steps in order. Do not skip ahead.
Your lab draw must be completed in Week 1. No labs means no protocol.
Log training, nutrition, and weekly weigh-in inside Everfit every week. If it is not logged, it did not happen.
Submit a front progress photo at the start of Week 1 and at the end of each month.
Show up to your Week 4 and Week 8 calls prepared — bring your data and your questions.
Surface problems early. Do not wait until Week 8 to tell us something is not working.
All coaching questions go through Everfit. Coach J. Morgan responds within 24 hours on business days.
